about us
devour studio is a video production company, mainly focused on delivering high quality food based content. We have over 20 years' of combined experience in filming, photography and editing.
The company was conceived in 2019 by Glyn Harrison and Tom Waller and has steadily grown into an established and well respected production company. Glyn and Tom have worked in food TV/film production and photography for 20 years' combined and were keen to see what they could create together. Projects to date include Salt Masterclass, a series of online masterclasses by Michelin starred chef, Paul Foster, Bright Young Chefs an online cookery school aimed at children, a food festival series focused on events in the food industry called The Future of Food & Drink and Knife Drop, an ongoing passion project, which aims to produce high-end online content through collaboration with top chefs such as Michelin starred Tony Parkin (Tony Parkin at the Tudor Rooms) and Nick Galer (The Miller of Mansfield & former head chef at Heston Blumenthals’ The Hinds Head), showcasing the dishes that define their style.
Glyn has a passion for food, restaurants and cookery which led him to pursue a career starting at Borough Market and managing an organic deli in Marylebone, London. From there he started a career in television production, and over 15 years has produced mainstream factual entertainment and food content shows including Great British Menu, Saturday Kitchen, Million Pound Menu and most recently, Bake Off: The Professionals. Glyn has collaborated with chefs across the country including Gordon Ramsay, Tom Kerridge, Michel Roux Jnr and Paul Hollywood to name a few. Glyn’s knowledge of food, the restaurant industry and tv and video production experience provides devour studio with a unique skillset to offer clients.
Tom has been a professional photographer for six years. He also runs Food Envy Photography which specialises in food photo and video production content www.foodenvy.photography. Tom has worked with clients across the food industry spectrum, from small independent manufacturers and restaurants to large food and wine distributors and celebrated chefs. Tom's eye for detail and creativity ensures Devour Studio offers clients stunning visuals of their product or service which translates across all channels.
